and, on the other hand, any person wishing to place an Order (then called “Customer”) via the website “”, the exclusive property of E.A DESIGN.
Governed by article L. 441-6 of the commercial code and in accordance with article L.111-1 of the consumer code, these General Conditions of Sale govern the sale of any product presented on the site by the company E.A DESIGN. They aim to define the reciprocal obligations of the parties as well as the different stages of the order process.
By simply validating his order on the Site, the Customer declares to have read, understood and accepted without reservation the terms of said order as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale.
These conditions may be subject to change. Therefore, it is understood that the applicable conditions are those in force on the site at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

Legal capacity

The Customer declares to be of legal age (18 years or over at the time of the order) and fully capable of entering into a contract.

Geographical areas

The products and services are offered internationally, with shipping specifications depending on different areas defined by the site.

Price of products on sale

The prices indicated on the website are in euros, including VAT (TTC). VAT is applied at the rate in force in mainland France at the time of the order. The sales prices of the products may be modified at any time by E.A DESIGN. Any rate change would be applied immediately to the current order.
The site may offer a conversion of its prices into other currencies, via the use of a special module. For this conversion, this module is based on the current price of the different currencies.

Articles and products

The items visible on the site are only deliverable while stocks last. If the product is not available, E.A DESIGN undertakes to inform the buyer as quickly as possible by email or telephone. The buyer will then have the option to choose another item or cancel their order and be refunded.
E.A DESIGN strives to describe the products offered for sale with the greatest possible accuracy. The Customer has the possibility, prior to his order, to read, on the E.A DESIGN website, the essential characteristics of the products he intends to acquire. However, if errors may have occurred in this presentation, E.A DESIGN cannot be held responsible. Illustrations and photos of products supporting the text do not fall within the contractual scope. Under no circumstances can E.A DESIGN be held liable on the basis of said illustrations/photos.


From the moment the Customer definitively validates his order by clicking on “Validate your payment”, it is established that he knowingly accepts the content, delivery terms and conditions of the Order in question and especially these General Conditions of Sale, prices, quantities, descriptions, characteristics, volumes and delivery times of the products ordered by the Customer on the Site.
E.A DESIGN will acknowledge receipt of this order by sending an email to the Customer who placed this order. E.A DESIGN reserves the right to cancel or put on hold the execution of an Order or its delivery, regardless of its nature and the stage of its execution, in the context of an inability to debit the bank account of the Customer for his order or any sum owed by this customer or if a payment incident occurs, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the E.A DESIGN Website, including when placing orders prerequisites. Finally, if the email address provided by the Customer during registration is incorrect, and if the Customer has not received the Order confirmation email systematically sent by E.A DESIGN, E.A DESIGN cannot be held liable.
The sale will then be considered final, unless E. A DESIGN deliberately decides to cancel it, for example in the event of out of stock of the products ordered. The Customer may, however, exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days following the day of the order.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, a maximum period of 14 days is necessary from receipt of the product returned to E.A DESIGN, before the amount of the returned product(s) is recredited to the account corresponding to the card bank of the Client.


The Customer has the option of paying with different payment methods indicated during validation of his order and payment. If the Customer wishes to use a payment method not offered by the site, we invite them to contact customer service at
The invoice amount will be debited from the customer's account on the date of payment.


Delivery areas

The on-site sending service has established its sending policy from 4 defined zones.
Zone 1: European Union countries
Zone 2: European countries not belonging to the European Union + USA and Canada
Zone 3: Middle East countries
Zone 4: Africa, Central America, South America, Asia (excluding the Middle East), Oceania and Russia

Delivery terms by area

Zone 1 - European Union countries: 
  • Free delivery with Chronopost within 5 days maximum (Except in exceptional situations beyond our control)
  • No duties or taxes fees
  • Free returns and exchanges
Zone 2 - European countries not belonging to the European Union + USA and Canada

  • Free delivery with DHL within 5 days maximum (Except in exceptional situations beyond our control)
  • 10€ customs duties and taxes. These charges are free for all orders over 800€.
  • Free returns and exchanges
Zone 3 - Middle East countries:

  • Free delivery with DHL within 5 days maximum (Except in exceptional situations beyond our control)
  • 20€ customs duties and taxes. These charges are free for all orders over 800€.
  • Free returns and exchanges
Zone 4: Africa, Central America, South America, Asia (excluding the Middle East), Oceania and Russia

We do not make specific shipping offers for these areas. If you wish to order delivery costs, customs, duties and country taxes will be your responsibility. Please contact us first by email or telephone if you wish to place an order.
For all products (excluding pre-orders) delivery will be ensured no later than 5 days after validation of the order (if the product(s) are available in stock and (Except in exceptional situations beyond our control). The customer is delivered to the address provided when placing the order. In the event of a change, the Customer is requested to inform the customer service of the site at the address


Items available for pre-order are mentioned with a “Pre-order” badge. The shipping conditions are the same as for all products on each product page in the “Delivery and Return” tab.
When purchasing an item available for pre-order, you will be billed immediately. Once your pre-ordered items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Pre-ordered products will be delivered to Customers at the address provided when ordering.


As the law stipulates, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt of your order.

It is possible to return items within 15 days of receipt of the package. Except in exceptional circumstances, when 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with its labels.

How does a product return work

It is possible to make a return for an exchange or a refund within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of your order.
To do so, please send an e-mail to, mentioning : 
- Your order number
- The first and last name mentioned when placing the order
- The address from which you wish to return the parcel
- The reason for the return - Is it an exchange or refund? What's the reason?
- Any other information that may be useful to us in order to best process your request, with a view to providing you with the best possible service.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You can exchange a product within a maximum of 15 days of receipt. If the exchanged product is more expensive than the initial order, an invoice with a payment link will be sent to you by email. As soon as we receive the missing amount, we will send the new order.
If you exchange your item for a less expensive item, the delta will be refunded to you (excluding shipping costs).
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Legal guarantees

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 211–4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). These guarantees cover hidden defects and apparent defects from the date of delivery. The only obligation incumbent on E.A DESIGN under this guarantee is, at its option, the free replacement or restoration of products found to be defective without any other service or compensation.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of the product, normal wear and tear due to its use or failure to follow washing and maintenance instructions. To be able to benefit from the product warranty, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice for the product as well as the delivery note.

Assignment of skills

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute that has not found an amicable solution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or to the jurisdiction of the actual place of delivery of the customer's order, notwithstanding plurality of defendants and/or warranty claims, even for procedures emergency or precautionary proceedings in summary proceedings or by request.
